1. General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location: Items offered on our website are automatically available for delivery to addresses across Australia. For international shipping destinations, if our website displays the correct postage cost, then you can place the order directly. Otherwise, please contact us to get an quote of the postage.

3. Delivery Time: Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

7. Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm AEST are aimed to be dispatched on the same day. Please note, during high volume times and sale periods, dispatch can take up to 48 hours.

8. Return and replacement shipping: Shipping costs vary depending on the item and delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

For items requiring warranty support, we will cover the cost of return shipping for assessment, as well as any shipping related to approved repairs or replacements. In such cases, we may ask the customer to carry out some basic testing or checks to assist in diagnosing the issue, particularly for custom or professional-grade items that require proper configuration or installation.

Where an item is found to have a fault and falls within the warranty period specified on its product listing, our first step will be to repair the item. If a repair is not feasible, we will arrange a replacement. If the product can no longer serve its intended purpose and neither repair nor replacement is possible, a return and refund will be issued.

Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
